Teleos Team Coaching Program
Our Teleos Team Coaching Certification program is designed to help team coaches and facilitators increase their effectiveness in supporting high-performing teams. This program provides tangible tools and “live” team lab experiences that help coaches better diagnose team breakdowns and become more skilled at observing and intervening in team dynamics.
Summer/Fall 2026:
Virtual Launch: Aug 6-7
Residency 1: Aug 27-28 (full in-person days)
Virtual Sessions: Sept. 15, Oct 13, & Nov. 10 (3 hours each)
Residency 2: Dec. 7-8 (full in-person days)
Winter/Spring 2027:
Virtual Launch: Jan. 20-21
Residency 1: Feb 22-23
Virtual Sessions: March 23, April 20, May 18 (3 hours each)
Residency 2: June 21-22

Fee: $7,500 per participant
