An ICF Level 2 Executive Coaching Program
Our flagship Teleos Coach Development Program is an intimate and interactive 9 month course grounded in the research principles of Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, Gestalt and Systems Theory. Our coaching programs are about more than just HOW to be a great coach, they show you the path to WHO you need to become along the way.
Whether you are an experienced coach, new coach, manager or leader, TCDP will prepare you to support executives to enhance their leadership presence, build resonant climates and strong relationships and navigate organizational complexity.
Our program includes applied theory sessions, alongside intensive practice with real-time feedback from coaches and peers.

- An intimate learning environment with a small student to faculty ratio to ensure you have personalized support throughout the process
- In-person learning for relationship building and focus
- Experiential learning models delivered daily, where participants take part in exercises, small group discussions, practice, and writing reflections to personalize the learning
- Proprietary Theory modules which cover foundational research, neuro-psychology, and best practices in short lectures, including the models of Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, our DIRECT practice, Gestalt Theory, and theories of adult development, growth and change

Outcomes
As a result of completing the Teleos Coach Development Program hours, you will have completed 125 curriculum hours (coach training, supervision and mentoring) to be eligible to become a PCC-level ICF coach after 500 hours of coaching experience. You will also become a member of a vast, international coaching alumni network of incredible Teleos coaches and have the opportunity to join our alumni events and offerings.
