Our Principles

Our team development process is based on the following research-based practices:

Intentional Change Theory – Every team has to have an emotionally compelling vision for the organization and itself; one that clarifies direction and excites people to work towards it.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) – To be successful, each team member’s emotional intelligence is key – they must develop the ability to be self-aware, recognize their own biases, manage their stress, “read” their teammates and manage relationships skillfully.

Leaders’ Impact The formal leader of the team has a unique part to play. Their behavior, mindset, attitude, and communication style all combine to set in motion potential.

Strong Relationships – Using their EI skills, it is critical that team members practice empathy and develop strong relationships with one another so that they can have open communication, be more agile and manage conflict more effectively
