Teleos Coach Development Program (TCDP)
Our flagship Teleos Coach Development Program is a 9 month rigorous course grounded in Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, Gestalt and systems theory and is designed to support your personal and leadership development as well as your skills as a coach. Join us and our world-class faculty for the following dates. This is an ICF, Level 2 (125 hour) program.
All programs delivered in English.

Whether you are an experienced coach, new coach, manager or leader, TCDP will prepare you to establish meaningful connections, identify levers for change and add unique value to those you coach or manage. Using proven methodologies, our coach development program is grounded in Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, and systems theory and is designed to support your personal and leadership development as well as your skills as a coach. As a result of attending our program, you will be better able to support executives to enhance their leadership presence, build resonant climates and strong relationships and navigate organizational complexity. Through applied theory and intensive practice with feedback from our world-renowned faculty coaches, we support you to take your coaching to the next level.

Why TCDP
The Teleos Coach Development Program consists of 10 all-day learning sessions (two 5-day in person intensives), a 6-month intersession which includes mentoring and practicing, online self learning, as well as:
- Multiple learning structures to support different types of adult learning, including group mentoring, small group support, peer coaching, and one-on-one feedback from peers and master faculty.
- Experiential learning models delivered daily, where participants take part in exercises, small group discussions, practice, and writing reflections to personalize the learning.
- Theory modules which cover foundational research, neuro-psychology, and best practices in short lectures, including the models of Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, our DIRECT practice, Gestalt Theory, and theories of adult development, growth and change.
- A participant guide to support you in activities throughout the weeks, as well as a Coaching Process Workbook to help guide you through a coaching engagement, from start to finish.
Outcomes
As a result of completing the Teleos Coach Development Program hours, you will have completed 125 curriculum hours (coach training, supervision and mentoring) to be eligible to become a PCC-level ICF coach after 500 hours of coaching experience. You will also become a member of a vast, international coaching alumni network of incredible Teleos coaches and have the opportunity to join our alumni events and offerings.
