Born of Jamaican and African American decent, Suzanne is a master facilitator with deep experience with Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. Suzanne’s past career as a psychotherapist, her training as an emotionally intelligent executive coach, and certification in Gestalt organization development provide background as she works with leaders and organizations. She is excited about her most recent projects engaging college communities in their diversity and inclusion, and culture change efforts. Suzanne lives a full and grateful life as a professional, mother and grandmother, living in community with her daughter, son-in-law, and 4 grandchildren in Rockville, MD. She is stimulated and lives joy through the meaningful experiences which come from connecting across all the generations.
