Solving the surface isn’t enough when the system speaks louder.

What is this all about?

Have you ever noticed how the same patterns keep showing up in teams or organizations, despite your best efforts to address individual issues? Or how sometimes, no matter what solutions you try, certain challenges seem to persist?

We're excited to invite you to a three-day introduction to Systemic Constellations—an approach that helps us see beyond individual problems to understand the patterns that connect everything together.

Based on Bert Hellinger's groundbreaking work:  Constellations methodology—a powerful framework that shifts your perspective from individual challenges to the underlying patterns and dynamics that shape systems.

Shirley has designed this training specifically for coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs. Drawing on her now 13 years of practice. No prior experience needed—just bring your curiosity!

Why look at things from a systemic perspective?

When traditional approaches fall short, systemic work reveals what lies beneath the surface. By understanding the invisible forces operating in teams, organizations, and even entrepreneurial ventures, you'll gain access to profound insights that conventional methods simply cannot reach.

Shirley has seen many coaches and consultants typically focus on individual people or specific issues. But what if we could step back and see the whole picture—the invisible connections and patterns that influence how everyone behaves?

That's what systemic work offers. It helps us understand:

  • Why the same problems keep recurring in teams
  • How unspoken dynamics influence workplace relationships
  • What might be blocking progress despite everyone's best intentions
  • How past events in an organization continue to affect the present

Workshop Agenda

Day 1: Foundation & Principles

  • Learn the core systemic principles
  • Experience how seemingly isolated issues connect to larger patterns

Day 2: Exploring Systemic Patterns

  • We'll look at common dynamics that show up in organizations
  • You'll practice setting up simple constellations in small groups
  • We'll explore how hidden loyalties and unconscious patterns influence our work

Day 3: Bringing It All Together

Common Questions from Participants

"I'm not sure what a constellation actually is. Can you explain?"

A constellation is a way of making invisible dynamics visible. We create a physical representation of a situation by placing people (or objects) to represent different elements of a system—like team members, departments, or even abstract concepts like "the goal" or "the obstacle." By observing how these representatives relate to each other and the feelings that emerge, we gain insights that logical analysis often misses.

"Do I need any special skills or background for this?"

Not at all. The most important qualities to bring are curiosity and openness. The systemic approach is actually quite intuitive once you experience it.

"How do I know if this will be relevant to my work?"

If you work with people in any capacity—as a coach, consultant, leader, or entrepreneur—you're already working with systems. This training gives you tools to see the hidden patterns operating in those systems.

"Is this evidence-based or more intuitive work?"

It's both. While systemic work engages our intuition and felt sense, it's grounded in observable patterns of behavior in human systems. The principles have been applied successfully in organizations worldwide. We encourage participants to approach it with an experimental mindset—try it and see what insights emerge for you.

How This Will Impact  My  Work with  My Clients?

For Coaches

Integrating systemic awareness into your coaching practice can help you:

  • Quickly identify root causes rather than just addressing symptoms
  • Help clients see how their challenges connect to larger patterns
  • Create more lasting change by addressing the whole system
  • Offer unique insights that distinguish your coaching approach

You will be  able to help clients make breakthroughs in areas that have been stuck for a long time, simply by bringing in a systemic perspective.

For Consultants

Adding systemic tools to your consulting work allows you to:

  • Identify hidden dynamics that are blocking organizational progress
  • Help teams understand unconscious patterns affecting their performance
  • Create interventions that ripple positively through the entire system
  • Offer fresh perspectives on persistent organizational challenges

Systemic work helps Consultants understand complex organizational dynamics much faster than traditional analysis.

Entrepreneurs frequently tell us they gain clarity about business dilemmas that have been confusing them for months or even years.
