Miri is a consultant and coach specializing in emotionally resonant leadership. As a coach, she supports clients and teams to lead meaningful lives and show up at work as their best selves through the exploration of values, identity and interpersonal dynamics. Miri believes that the coaching process provides people with a supportive space to come to their own realizations- after all, we are experts in our own lives. Critical to this work is the relationship between a coach and client. Miri prioritizes building trust with each client so that she can both support and push them towards growth and development.

Prior to becoming an independent contractor, Miri led School Leader Lab, a nonprofit that supports school leaders in technical, adaptive and antiracist leadership. She spent twenty years working in education as a teacher, administrator and organizational leader. Throughout these experiences, Miri learned about the conditions that support people to thrive and make positive change in the world.
