Michael Rynex has over 25 years of experience as a coach, facilitator, and leader with responsibility for the growth and development of executives, teams, and whole systems. His practical and results-based approach to consulting and coaching, which emphasizes the unique strategic opportunities found in every engagement, has directly added value to hundreds of leaders, executives, teams, and managers. Working effectively with cross cultural teams and leaders in numerous multinational corporations on 5 continents, Mike has challenged, supported, and partnered with teams and leaders to optimized organization and team effectiveness in the delivery of compelling strategic goals. He knows the pressures placed on executives and skillfully guides them in a process of discovery, prioritization, and action. He specializes in helping sophisticated leaders navigate complex human systems to have greater impact. Hundreds of clients, including CEOs and other C-level executives and mid-level managers, consistently commend his ability to enable them to make sense of conflicting data and create strategies that have a positive long-term impact on them and on their organizations. He has helped clients with integrated and sustainable change-efforts, leadership assessments such as MBTI and FIRO-B for team and leadership development and organizational effectiveness with record profitability increases. Michael started his career in consulting and organization development with Commonwealth Edison in Chicago and has most recently been the Global Director of Talent and Organization Development for Cytec Industries, Inc. where he led a portfolio of projects for Aerospace and Mining divisions resulting in high performing leaders and teams, and record stock performance. He completed training at National Training Labs (NTL) and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland where he was on faculty for a number of years. Mike brings humor, deep expertise, and an eye for building on strengths to his work with executives, leaders and managers. He has successfully served on and led not-for-profit boards and he pursues a genuine passion for spiritual growth and development. Mike lives in Phoenix Arizona with his wife Carolyn and Jackson the Super Poodle.
