Brian S. Lee

Brian S. Lee is an executive coach who specializes in executive coaching, cross-cultural communication, and facilitation for group cohorts. His background is in Psychology, Culture Studies, and global education. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF ACC) and a former member of Mensa International.
As a Korean-American who has lived in nine countries, Brian has delivered programs in both English and Mandarin for global organizations like Nike, UNICEF and Harvard University. He currently facilitates graduate-level courses for RIT in New York and NewCampus in Singapore.
In 2014, he was granted a Fulbright-Hays grant to research and support women educators in rural China. During his career in global education, he has interviewed over 900 international families and facilitated seminars reaching more than 6,000 participants. He was part of the Teleos Leadership Institute’s International Coaching Essentials Program and now serves as a mentor for that program.
Brian is also proud to serve as a board member for the Cape Eleuthera Foundation to support education, sustainability, and community-building in the Bahamas. Brian also volunteers as a mentor for refugees on behalf of Open Door Policy.
