Anne Callan, MPH, PCC is an accredited executive coach and consultant whose career has spanned a range of organizational development functions, including talent and people strategy, change management, employee engagement and strategic planning. Anne is particularly passionate about individual and team effectiveness at the senior level in order to align relationship-driven leadership with the needs of the business and the system(s) at play. Until 2017, she held a dual role as Managing Director for Organizational Development and Learning at Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) and Chief Operating Officer of the Public Health Fund, PHMC’s public charity. In addition to her private practice, Anne created and currently oversees PHMC’s in-house management coaching and consulting function. Her background includes training and credentialing from Teleos Leadership Institute, the Academy of Executive Coaching, and the International Coach Federation, all world-class organizations with a global footprint on human development in business settings. Anne has a BA in English from Georgetown University and a Masters in Public Health from Drexel University and lives outside Philadelphia with her husband, kids, and a massive lego collection.
