Ray strongly believes that every individual has an innate wisdom that can be tapped through the coaching process. Building a strong foundation of trust and respect, Ray helps his clients challenge themselves in ways which result in personal growth/development and personal fulfillment. Ray challenges his clients to look at themselves and those unconscious aspects of self in order to enhance learning and growth. His focus is on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Race, organizational change, and working with teams.
He holds a Master’s degree from Smith College School for Social Work (where he is also an adjunct professor), facilitates the Teleos Coach Development Program, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified in the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) through the Hay Group.
In his spare time, Ray enjoys meeting with friends for long walks, people watching, and dancing the night away.
