Kim helps clients attain meaningful goals, achieve success, and live more purposeful lives. She works with clients to maximize their strengths, enhance their personal brand, and strengthen working relationships. Throughout her life, Kim has demonstrated her dedication to helping others learn how to bounce back from obstacles and live authentically.
Prior to working at Teleos, Kim spent over 20 years in the financial services industry, holding leadership positions in Fund Accounting, Legal Operations, and Human Resources. Kim also serves as an adjunct professor in the Business & Entrepreneurial Studies program at Lincoln University.
Kim’s formal education includes a B.S. degree in Accounting from Lincoln University, an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification. Kim is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.
Hobbies: Going for walks (especially on the beach), enjoying a good cocktail with friends, going to concerts, and listening to podcasts.
Biggest Inspiration: Knowing that I am my ancestors’ wildest dream.
Most meaningful project: Since my research focus is Black women in leadership, I especially enjoy the projects that allow us to contribute to the career advancement of Black women in their respective fields.
