Emotional and Social Intelligence is the ability for individuals to understand and manage their own and others’ emotions in social interactions. Research continues to show that these differentiate good leaders from great ones.
Resonant Leadership
Resonant leaders are ones that are deeply connected to the people they lead and able to use their self-awareness to resonate with and inspire their followers. Beyond the individual leader, strong, resonant relationships provide a framework for organizational success. Resonance is a powerful collective energy that reverberates among people, supporting higher productivity, creativity, sense of unity and results. It comes from our ability to use our own cognitive and biological systems to master skills of self-awareness, awareness of others, and empathy.

True change happens through a shared, positive and exciting vision for the future. When Intentional Change methodology is employed, a compelling vision for the future emerges, along with changes needed to reach that envisioned future. This methodology mobilizes the energy and positive emotion needed for sustained individual and collective behavior changes over time.

Systems thinking recognizes that the parts of any whole can only exist or be understood in relation to the whole. By adopting this way of thought, an individual or organization’s challenges are interpreted in the context of the wider system for maximum impact.
Experiential Learning
Experiential Learning is a term used to describe a process of “learning by doing.” We know from research on adult education that they learn best in environments that incorporate reflection on personal experience, dialogue with others and hands-on activities.
