- Micro Meditation for Leaders (Complete) Join us for Micro Meditation for Leaders, a 45-minute experiential session designed to help you reset, refuel, and lead with greater focus. You’ll practice simple micro-meditations to manage reactivity, restore calm, and cultivate a peaceful, centered mind. No prior meditation experience required — just bring your attention and curiosity.
- The Neuroscience of Deep Listening– 10/30/2025, 4:00PM ET Discover how to quiet distractions and train your brain to listen beneath the surface.
