The Coaching and Race workshop is for everyone who does “coaching” either as a professional coach or as a leader responsible for developing others. This workshop is designed to strengthen the self-awareness, courage and communication ability of leaders and coaches. Our particular focus is supporting leaders and coaches interested in change in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. We will support one another to take courageous steps forward in self-care, and talking openly and forthrightly about race dynamics in organizations and society. We will present a communication model and have time for peer coaching. By attending this course, you will be better able to serve and lead your team and clients in understanding the dynamics of race in self and others.
