Molly has shaped her career in organizations like Microsoft Corporation, Kaiser Permanente, and UCLA. As a professional development consultant, she has trained over 5,000 managers and staff in strategic leadership, communication, conflict management, leading change, and performance management.
Molly has a Coaching Certificate from the Hudson Institute and Organization Systems & Development Certificate from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She obtained a MPH in Behavioral Science/Public Health Education and a MA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California. Molly is conversant in Spanish and French.
