Lee is a consultant, facilitator and coach who specialises in personal authenticity, sustainable and ethical leadership development and women’s leadership styles. She has worked in the development business for 7 years and has coached, trained and developed business leaders around the world. She works globally with senior and emerging leaders of companies such as, HSBC, BP, KPMG and Cap Gemini.

Lee is also a specialist in running ‘development journeys’ for business leaders, undertaken in countries such as Spain, Brazil and India. She is also an experienced international trainer, delivering programmes in countries such as Australia, Russia, Pakistan, Canada, Vietnam, China and Oman. She has worked with small businesses on developing strategy, business vision and the implementation of key performance indicators and business systems to ensure continued growth and expansion. She is regularly invited to speak to women’s groups on the topic of Women’s Leadership.

Lee’s first and second degrees are in Philosophy and she has qualifications in Psychotherapy and Counselling and Coaching, from Regents College, The Coaching Academy, The Newfield Network and The Teleos Leadership Institute. She is a certified practitioner of the Barratt Values Assessment and has completed training in Organisational Constellations, a systemic diagnostic and intervention tool. She is also one of only 16 world-wide certified GTD (Getting Things Done) trainers.

Lee is passionate about people doing work that they love and businesses existing to serve the community and the environment, as well as making a profit. She believes that through authentic leadership and corporate social responsibility/sustainability, business can change the world.

In her spare time she has been known to make documentaries on the future for women and blog about politics. She is one of Tweetmisters top 100 political tweeters, has spoken at the UK House of Commons on the topic of Women in Politics and is on track to run as an MP in the UK 2015 General Election.
