Francesca is a consultant in individual-team development and management, she has coached and shadow coached 750 executives and line-mangers for more than 2500 hours and managed group facilitation for 4000 hours in multinational corporations as Nespresso, Unicredit, Telecomitalia, Politecnico di Milano, and Campari. Her focus is on positive psychology and leadership development based on Emotional Intelligence. She is skilled in designing leadership programmes using theatre, body, collaborative solutions for action learning acceleration. Topics she has designed programs for include: High Performance Teams, Resonant Leadership, and Neuroscience Leader.

Francesca's experience in continuous learning began in Bruxelles in 1992 where she has been working as an independent expert, in the European Commission's Programmes (DG Education & Culture) for 23 years.

She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and completed the Teleos Coach Development Program. She adopts the Immunity-To-Change methodology, Voice Dialogue, and Gestalt approach. Certifications: Lore International Institute for leadership development and influencing tactics; Meyers and Briggs Type Indicator MBTI® (OPP-UK), Coach-In-A-Box (UK). Her academic achievements: Post-Graduate both in Law and Psychology; M.A. in SDA Bocconi.
