David is an executive coach and organizational development consultant who has coached and developed hundreds of leaders in diverse industries including hi-tech, industrial design, healthcare, construction, banking, big law, higher education, and faith-based organizations. He specializes in emotional intelligence, strengths-based leadership, and executive development.
David is an experienced facilitator and presenter, skilled in designing and delivering internal leadership programs around topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Trusted Advisor, Gallup StrengthsFinder, Crucial Conversations, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and The Leadership Challenge. As a consultant, David’s expertise lies in strengths-based approaches to organizational change, strategic thinking, and management & leadership development.
David has a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, a M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Biola University, and a M.S. in Positive Organizational Development & Change from Case Western Reserve School of Management. In addition to be credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he has completed coaching programs with Teleos Leadership Institute, Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Solutions-Focused, Immunity-to-Change, Gallup Strengths Coaching, ORSC, and Case Western Reserve Developing Leaders through Emotional Intelligence.
